I was facing the worst breakout i've ever had from a new birth control ...

I have extremely dry skin, especially in the winter, and to top it off i was facing the worst breakout i've ever had from a new birth control prescription. Even a couple months after stopping the pills, I was battling my skin. I switched my skincare routine, which helped a good amount with the dryness, but I still had pimples popping up. After using the Asana pills for a WEEK my skin was SO much more clear. I've incorporated flaxseed into my diet to combat male hormones left over from the BC, but these really do work wonders. (At least for my skin type). Definitely recommend at least trying!

OMG! Thanks for sharing this, I’ve been looking for an alternative to shaving and tired of the creams. The No No looks good but $200! Really! That’s way too much

    • says:

It’s a little pricey I agree. Fortunately there are so other low cost options like the Smooth Away. Let us know how it works out for you

  2. Bella says:

The smooth away tools are great for maintenance, maybe not so good for heavy hair removal.

I alos found out when researching an article myself that the gentle exfoliation releases toxic build up of excess Keratin and proteins which can cause spots.

    • says:

Hi Bella, interesting, I have never heard of a link between gentle exfoliation and spots, I will have to do more research on that. Please if you have any sources on the topic, please share. Thanks!
