We work with a variety of manufacturers and source ingredients from all over the world. We strive to work with manufacturers that are focused on delivering organic and all natural products. We also strive to work with manufacturers that employ sustainable, ethical sourcing processes by seeking fair trade suppliers and eco-friendly processes. How long does it take for your product to work?

Results will vary on each individual and are not guaranteed. Generally our customers notice a different within 3-6 months of starting. Natural products can take time to have an effect on the body.

Combining the products with healthy lifestyle habits will improve chances for great results. We do not make any claims or warranties on our product. Our products are not formulated to treat, cure or prevent any diseases. 

Can I take your products if I am pregnant, under 18, nursing or have a pre-existing condition?

We appreciate your interest in our product. If you fall into any of the category above, we suggest that you consult with a physician before taking our products.

Overall our products are made with commonly available ingredients and safe for healthy people to take. 

What makes the formulations effective?

All our formulations are based on time tested herbal remedies that have been passed on from generations to generations and across various indigenous cultural practices. We work with herbalists, food biochemists, master tea blenders and nutritionists to develop our blends. Each proprietary blend is formulated with utmost care to ensure that our customers are getting effective, pure quality products.

Are your ingredients clean

Our products are free of GMOs, artificial ingredients, agents, additives, flow agents, fillers or binders. What you receive is pure botanicals in their purest and most potent form.

Are your products all natural

All our products are made from organic, all natural ingredients.

Do you use any preservatives?

Since we only use pure botanical extracts which have a natural long lasting life span, we do not use any artificial preservatives. Our products typically remain fresh for 2 to 3 years, although we suggest you use them sooner to get the freshest and max benefit.

Do you test on animals?

Animal cruelty is something we take very seriously and we make great efforts to work with suppliers who do not test on animals. 

Are your products vegan friendly

Yes. All our products are vegan friendly and we do not test on animals.

Why do your products cost more than average wellness products

The old adage, ‘you get what you pay for’ is especially important with herbal remedies. Unlike many products on the shelves today, we do not pack our products with useless fillers that take up bottle space, reduce manufacturing costs and hurt the integrity and potency of the products. We also manufacture our products in small batches. We do not cut corners in this regard therefore it costs more to make a high quality and effective product. Our goal is to sell value and benefit not just products and it shows in our reviews.

Where are your products manufactured?

We work with a variety of manufacturers. All of our products are made here in the USA under stringent quality measures. We ensure that our manufacturers, process and products are compliant with FDA mandates.

Are your products approved by the FDA

FDA does not approve dietary supplements and herbal teas, however they do oversee the manufacturing process and facilities for these types of products. We work with manufacturers that employ GMP, good manufacturing practices and FDA compliant.

Do your products contain any GMO, artificial ingredients or additives

No, our products do not contain any GMOs, fillers, additives, artificial ingredients, flow agents or preservatives that hurt the integrity of the products. What you get is pure botanicals at their most potent form.

What testing do you employ on your products

Our products go through thorough quality control process before they are shipped from the manufacturing facility.

Do you have stockists? Where can I buy your products?

Currently our products are only available online. We do not currently have any stockists or local distributors. We do have plans to expand in this area in the near future. You can subscribe to our newsletter to get notified when we come to your area.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges will vary per item and will be displayed during checkout process. Shipping charges are subject to change based on postal rates. We frequently run free shipping promotions, visit the promotions page for more details.

How long does it take for my product to be shipped?

Items are dispatched within 3 days the order received, although we try to get it out as fast as we can. Once item is shipped, an email with order details and tracking information will be sent to the email address used to place the order. You can also track your order on our order tracking page.

Where can I access my downloadable plan?

All downloadable items will be available under My Account > Downloads

Shipping options and policies

We ship everywhere domestically and offer international shipping to select countries. If you do not see your country in the drop down during the checkout process, please contact us as we may be able to coordinate shipping for you.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. If an item is rejected and returned back to our facilities we do not refund shipping fees paid and it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How long does it take for product to arrive?

Standard domestic shipping takes anywhere from 5-7 business days, although you might receive the products sooner.

Standard international deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

How can I manage my subscription?

Subscription can be easily stopped, suspended or modified by going to My Account > Purchases > Select the desired subscription.

All modifications or cancellations must be made at least 5 business days prior to the renewal date. Once the order has been processed, it will need to be returned to our facilities in the event of a wrong address re-shipment or return request.

What is your refund policy?

We are happy to offer refunds within 30 days on unused, unopened item. Refund will be issued within 2-3 days after item has been received minus any shipping fees or shipping concessions, this includes products purchased with the free shipping promotion.

As a small business, excessive returns can be quite costly for us and make products expensive for everyone. For that reason, returns may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. The percentage assessed is based on the product ordered.

Once return request has been received an email with return instructions will be sent. Return item must be received within 30 days of initiating refund request. Please note buyer is responsible for shipment costs. We strongly recommend to include tracking number when sending shipment.

Please note all digital/virtual/downloadable products are final sale. No refunds will be given for these type of products.

Fees & International Shipping

Why is international shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately it is pretty pricey to ship products internationally and the fees are charged to cover postal and fulfillment cost. We are continuously seeking more affordable options include international expansion.

Why was I assessed a customs fee

Custom fees are determined specifically by each country and we have no control over this. It is basically a form of local tax. Some nations charge a customs fee and others don’t and we have no way of keeping up with this information nor the amount. Please note buyer is responsible for all custom fees.

Who do you use international for shipping ?

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver all orders. Once it reaches your local country it is transferred to your local courier.

Is free shipping available on international orders?

Currently due to the high cost of international shipping, free shipping is only available on domestic orders within the USA. We are always seeking low cost options for our international shoppers.
